Terms
The short version of what you agree to when you use GuestAlbum. A full, reviewed set of terms will replace this before launch.
The service
GuestAlbum collects photos and videos from your guests via a link or QR code and gives you, the organiser, a private album for a set period.
Paying per event
Each event is a one-off purchase covering unlimited photos and video and 90 days of storage from the event date. Extensions add 90 days at a time.
Fair use
“Unlimited” means we don’t count your photos. It doesn’t mean infinite: each event has a fair-use allowance of 500 GB per event, individual photos up to 50 MB and videos up to 1 hour or 25 GB. Events over the allowance may be asked to reduce or pay for extra storage before extending.
Free trial
One per account: 20 photos, no video, 14 days. A trial event is deleted 14 days after creation unless it’s upgraded.
Your content
You and your guests own what you upload. You’re responsible for having the right to collect and share it, and for what your guests upload. We’ll remove anything illegal on notice.
Ending things
We delete media on the schedule above and warn you 14, 3, 1 days before. You can delete an event at any time. Deleted means deleted; we can’t bring it back.
Limits quoted here come from the same configuration the app uses, so they can’t drift. Draft dated 2026-09-20.
