Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the code or tap the link and add photos from their browser.
What quality are the photos?
The original file, never compressed.
How long are the photos kept?
90 days from the event on the Event plan, 6 months on GuestAlbum Plus, plus a 14-day grace period. We email you before the end.
How long can guests keep adding photos?
From a week before the event until 30 days after it. You can close uploads earlier.
Who can see the album?
Just you, until you switch sharing on. Guests only see their own uploads.
Do you use facial recognition?
Only when a guest asks, and only on their own phone: “Find me” takes a live selfie and matches it there. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
What is the Trailer?
A short film of the day, cut from the album to one of our 24 songs — every cut on the beat, your names on the opening card. 45, 60 or 90 seconds; landscape for a TV, phone for stories. Part of GuestAlbum Plus.
How reliable is Live Capture?
Live Capture is experimental: it works today and it’s still growing, and phones, signal and venues vary — treat it as a bonus, not the only camera on the day.
